Operation Log

While the User Operations tab shows the audit trail of a single process instance, the Operation Log gives you one searchable table across the whole engine: every operation, on every entity type, in one place.

Add search criteria — entity type, operation type, user, process definition, or change time — to find a specific change, for example everything a given user did during an incident, or every deletion performed on a given day. Each row shows the 'user', 'operation', 'entity', 'process definition', 'change time', 'property', and 'new value'; use 'Add column' to show further details.

You can also add a free-text annotation to an operation entry using the pencil icon; see Operation Log Annotation Length for the configurable length limit.
