Process History View
Information
Please note that many of the mentioned tabs are features only included in the enterprise edition of CIB Seven. In the community version of CIB seven, historic process instances are also shown in the Process Instance View.
For historic process instances, you will also see instance-specific information. First, navigate to the process definition view and select a terminated or suspended instance using the eye symbol in the lower-right corner.

You can access various information regarding the specific instance by selecting the applicable tab at the bottom of the screen. Check out the Section Process Instance View for more details.
- Variables: In the Variables tab, you can see an overview of the variables used within the process instance, including the name, type, value, scope, as well as an action button for each variable where the value can be changed. For more information, see also Variable Tab.
- Incidents: In the Incidents tab, you can find a listing of all incidents related to this process instance and the details thereof. This includes the
'message type'
, the'timestamp'
the incident was created, the'current activity'
, the'activity that caused the problem'
, the'incident type'
, an'annotation'
, and'actions'

- Called Process Instances: In the Called Process Instances tab, you can find an overview of other process instances that were called by this specific process instance. You can see the

- Audit Log (enterprise feature): In the Audit Log, you can find a detailed overview of the activities that took place within the process instance. The columns, from left to right, are

- Executed Decision Instances (enterprise feature): In the Executed Decision Instances tab, you can find an overview of all decision instances that were evaluated in this process instance. From left to right, you will find the columns

of the decision instance will take you to the decision instance view page for this instance. Clicking on the'decision definition key'
