Exporting Data

Exporting Data

CIB ins7ght allows users to easily export visual data for reporting, analysis, or sharing purposes.
You can export data from most graphs and visual components in multiple formats to fit your workflow and reporting needs.

How to Export

Each graph or visualization includes a download button located at the top-right corner.
Clicking this button will open a menu with export options.

Available Export Formats

  • CSV:
Exports the underlying data used to generate the visualization.
Ideal for further analysis in Excel, Python, R, or other data tools.

  • PNG:
Exports the current view of the graph as a static image.
Useful for including visuals in presentations or reports.

  • SVG:
Exports a scalable vector version of the visualization.
Perfect for high-quality printing or graphic editing.

Notes

  • Exported data reflects all active filters (e.g., process, version, timeframe).
  • The export functionality may vary slightly depending on the visualization type.
  • CSV exports are ideal for in-depth data analysis, while PNG and SVG formats are intended for visual reporting and sharing.

Exporting data helps you take insights beyond CIB ins7ght — enabling collaboration, reporting, and integration with other analytical workflows.
